La Rotisserie Soft Opening

Jimmy and Sonia Arouche are happy to announce the La Rotisserie Soft Opening today, January 24, 2020, in Forest Hills, NY.

A vintage-style bistro concept, it came together when they saw the need for a fast-casual restaurant that uses high-

quality authentic ingredients. The restaurant has a strong focus on rotisserie chicken and all recipes are natural, free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free. The ingredients are self-selected and imported directly from France.

The small eat-in eatery will have 19 seats and take-out will be available, along with delivery.

Sonia noted her appreciation to Eddie Fahmy of  A2Z Restaurant Consulting for

his valuable guidance, vendor negotiating, and well, everything, throughout the setup and launch process.  

The Bistro is open daily from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
